TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 2023 @ 12:00 PM - 5:30 PM

The first day of the conference will kick off with registration and lunch, providing an opportunity for participants to gather and network. The event will then be officially opened with a welcoming address by Kathy Carmody. The afternoon will feature an highly anticipated opening keynote by Jennifer Riha, VP of Programs from I Am Boundless, followed by an exclusive M&A Round Table Discussion. Later in the afternoon, a networking reception hosted by Tarrytown Pharmacy will facilitate connections among attendees. The day will culminate in an exclusive dinner sponsored by Graham Health, offering a relaxed yet engaging environment for further conversations and collaborations.

WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 8, 2023 @ 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Day 2 of the conference will commence with morning registration, coffee, and a light breakfast, followed by a welcome address from Kathy Carmody. The morning’s focus will shift to an opening keynote by Stacy DiStefano, CEO of CFHS, shedding light on the hidden costs of maintaining the status quo and providing actionable steps to avoid the pitfalls of inaction. The Integrated Care Panel will then explore change management as the nexus for sustaining integrated care, with moderation by Kathy Carmody. A brief break will offer participants a chance to recharge before delving into the Innovative Technology Session, discussing the practical applications of virtual reality in reducing anxiety and enhancing patient engagement. The lunch hour will feature new commentary by Barbara Merrill on trending topics in the IDD Space, and the afternoon will commence with a Multi-State Service Delivery Panel, offering insights into the delicate balance of scaling services while honoring local considerations. After the final break, the Closing Session features psychiatrist and author Dr. Jennie Byrne, sharing cutting edge research from her new book: the intersection of brain, behavior, and the future of work. Concluding the day, Kathy Carmody will provide closing remarks, wrapping up the conference’s rich insights and discussions.
