Understanding the Home and Community Based Waivers for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities in Illinois

The Illinois Department of Human Services will be publishing guidebooks for consumers and providers to help better understand the services that can be funded through the Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Waivers.  These are currently draft guidelines.  Please contact DHS should you have questions or comments on these guides.
