COST:  Registration for the entire conference $169.  Registration deadline is February 26th.

COST SAVINGS: For every 5 registrants, an agency may send a 6^th for free.  If your agency is a member of the Institute on Public Policy, you may register a sixth and seventh person for free.  Each participant, including the free ones, need to fill out and send in a registration form. 

CEUs:  CEU credits for QMRPs, Licensed Social Workers, Licensed Nursing Home Administrators, and Licensed Professional Counselors have been applied for. Please be sure to bring your license number to ensure CEU hours earned are appropriately credited.  DHS requires that in order to earn full credit, attendees must attend the entire session.  Those who arrive late and/or leave early will not receive the session credit.

CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel your registration without penalty until March 13th.  After that, no refunds will be given, but an agency may substitute another staff member at any time.

SCHOLARSHIPS: There are a limited number of scholarships available to people with disabilities and their families.  Please contact Rod Patterson for information.
